There was a lack of empathy there as they refused to even come over to the door. It wouldn’t have hurt to sell me a box Of cat food. Usually pets at home staff are very friendly but this lot on tonight definitely wasn’t. They close the door before 8 o’clock and my cat went without food for the night. I wouldn’t mind if he wasn’t on one of their brands of food I could’ve just given him the other cats food. The plough Lane branch is much better
